The five points that make a quotation

• Construction family: layflat, suction, garden, air, steel-wire, braided, TPU layflat — or describe the duty and let the desk choose.
• Inside diameter (and outside diameter where a fitting constrains it).
• Working pressure the hose must hold in service, with your margin — not the pump's nameplate maximum.
• Length per roll and total metres, plus any cut-length or packing requirement.
• Destination port or city, and any coupling, print or certification requirement.

Trade terms for orientation, from the company's published wording: payment by T/T with a 30 percent deposit and the balance before shipment, with letters of credit discussable; production normally 10 to 15 days after deposit depending on quantity; nearest ports listed on its platform profile are Qingdao, Ningbo and Shanghai. I only have a photo of the hose I need to replace — can you identify it?

Send the photo plus the inside diameter and what the hose does. Construction is usually identifiable from the wall — flat, corrugated, wire or braid — so ask for the family to be named and a match quoted against the photo and the duty.

Can I get samples before a programme?

Yes — free samples are offered on the company's official site. Ask for the construction and size closest to your programme, and test pressure, couplings and handling in your own conditions.
