Identity, verified two ways
Weifang Xiangan Plastic Co., Ltd is the legal name confirmed by an on-site check — a third-party verification of legal status — on the company's Alibaba.com storefront, where it is classified as both manufacturer and trading company and holds Gold Supplier status. The same legal name stands as the manufacturer in the data tables of the official site's product pages, under the FLYSTABLE brand. Two independent channels, one identity: that is the standard this page holds itself to, and where the company's own channels disagree with each other on a figure, this page says so instead of silently choosing one.
The range defines the company more precisely than any slogan: a flexible PVC hose range — layflat, suction, garden, air, steel-wire reinforced and fibre reinforced constructions — with PE, TPU and rubber hose lines in the same catalogue, plus hose couplings. The official site describes a one-stop service model built around OEM and ODM supply for industry, agriculture, mining and construction duties, moving air, water, oil, gas, powders and granules.
The factory, in qualitative terms
This page deliberately publishes no factory area, line count or capacity figure. The company's channels state those numbers in several differing versions, and until the company confirms a single current set, printing any one of them would misrepresent the rest. What can be said on the evidence: production is the company's own, centred on plastic hose extrusion with the printing and marking capability its OEM offer depends on; a research and development function exists, with the Alibaba profile recording a small R&D team, one patent and ODM service; and a factory view is published on the company's own certificate page, shown above with that provenance stated. Buyers who need verified capacity figures for a tender should request them directly — the company can state its current numbers in a form you can rely on, which a website summary cannot.
The export desk, on platform evidence
Export behaviour is observable independently of the company's own claims. The Alibaba storefront records recent transactions over the past half year, a buyer rating of 4.7 out of 5, and response performance within about two hours at a full response rate. The official site adds the service promises a buyer can hold it to: a reply within one hour stated on its contact page, free samples offered, and quotations tailored to the enquiry. Named export markets, however, are not published here: the company's channels state global reach in general terms, and this page adds no country names of its own — it does not borrow numbers or country counts from neighbouring companies in the same hose-making region.
Conflicting figures, shown with their sources
Every specification on this site traces to the company's published product data; conflicting figures are shown with their sources on the relevant page rather than silently resolved — most visibly on the reinforced hose page. Where this site's pages carry no parameter table for a family, the figures for an order are stated in the written quotation instead of being filled in here. Where a claim comes only from the company's own marketing text, it is attributed as such. If you find a statement here that the company's current data contradicts, the contact page is the way to put it to the factory directly.
Is FLYSTABLE a brand or a company?
FLYSTABLE is the brand under which Weifang Xiangan Plastic Co., Ltd markets its hose range; the company is the legal manufacturer.
Where is the factory located?
In Changle County, Weifang City, Shandong Province — the official site gives the address as Changle Industry Garden, and its Alibaba profile records a detailed factory address in Wutu Street, Changle County, consistent with it.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Write via the contact page with your programme and timing, so the visit or audit can be settled in the enquiry. The company's legal status has already been through a third-party on-site check on its trading platform, which is a starting point, not a substitute for your own audit where your policy requires one.
Request a Quotation
Send the hose family, bore size, working pressure, length per roll and total quantity. MOQ, packing and lead time are confirmed in the written quotation for your exact specification. If the hose will be supplied as a finished assembly, name the coupling standard you need (for example camlock type and size, flange or thread) — or state that you need bare hose only.
